Reference questions may be sent via this Web-based form, by telephone, or by e-mail. Response time is dependent upon the availability of library staff. Books and copies of journal articles should be requested through inter-library loan. This service is available through most academic and large public libraries. Preparation of subject bibliographies, grant searches, and prospect research are not provided by the library staff. We will be happy to direct you to appropriate databases and other resources, such as a Foundation Center cooperating collection in your area.
