Open in Action at IUPUI 2016

Welcome to Open Access Week 2016. We're honoring the theme of this year's OA week, "Open in Action," by highlighting how we work to make open the norm at IUPUI. On each day of OA week we will post about how we're putting open in action. Stay tuned to learn how the library supports digital access to Indiana's cultural heritage, free access to theses and dissertations, open educational resources, data sharing, OA journal publishing, the implementation of the IUPUI Open Access Policy and much, much more.

While you're reading about the how we put Open in Action everyday in the library, this would be a great time to show your support open access. Visit the "Open in Action" portal and make a commitment today. Upload a work to IUPUI ScholarWorks, create an ImpactStory profile, select an OA journal for your next article, sign the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment, select an open educational resource for your syllabus, start a conversation, or choose to do something that makes sense for you as a student, educator, scholar, reader, or librarian. Commit to putting open in action.
