I am a part of the Ruth Lilly Special Collections and Archives team, and I work to collect and manage collections in our Philanthropic Studies repository. I also work to provide reference services and research assistance to our patrons. My research interests include ethical archival practice, particularly around photography, and reparative description. My approach to collections development and arrangement and description is centered around an ethics of care and radical compassion.
