I work as a part of the Access Services Team that provides our daily visitors with information, research support, and access to library resources at our Service & Information desk. My other role within Access Services is to support our student employees both in their employment at UL, and as a part of their larger academic journey. I immensely enjoy learning daily from them. My research interests include peer-to-peer learning, curriculum design, and practicing kind and compassionate pedagogy.
