University Library welcomes Jessica Trinoskey as our inaugural Associate Dean for Public Services. Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Southern Illinois University and a Masters of Library Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has held leadership positions in both public and academic libraries and is excited that Associate Dean for Public Services at University Library will draw on her experiences in both settings. Jessica's role supports the Access Services Team, Virtual Reality program, Student Employment program, and Client Support team. Jessica looks forward to building partnerships and collaborations to continue meeting the evolving needs of IU Indianapolis' students, faculty, staff, and community library users.
