Works of George Santayana

The Works of George Santayana is projected to be 20 volumes consisting of at least 35 books. It is published by The MIT Press (Cambridge, Massachusetts, and London, England), is supported by the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts, Indianapolis, and has been honored with generous supporting grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The pagination in these digital editions matches the pagination in the printed critical editions.

IUPUI University Library has been recognized with the 2024 Library Excellence in Access and Diversity (LEAD) Award from Insight Into Diversity magazine, the largest and oldest diversity and inclusion publication in higher education. University Library was selected for the LEAD award based on their efforts to review and reimagine their programs, services and administrative processes with an equity lens.

Urban Displacement and the Making of a University

Urban Displacement and the Making of a University is a collection that documents how IUPUI acquired the land on which it was built and is based on the holdings of the Ruth Lilly Special Collections and Archives at IUPUI. Items include correspondence related to property purchases, campus planning documents, assessments of home and business values, abstracts of title, oral histories, and a few items collected by administrators that show community discontent.
