Cetoria Tomberlin
Greetings & Salutations,
I’m Cetoria–it’s nice to meet you! I’m a recent graduate of the University of Alabama’s School of Library and Information Studies. My undergraduate degree is in Creative Writing with a poetry focus. I’ve worked in an academic library for over a decade primarily supporting technical services with the maintenance of physical collections, updating online holdings, managing interlibrary library loan operations, and supervising student staffing.
One of my primary research interests is the intersection of resource sharing and open access. Other interests include access services for college students, library outreach, radical cataloging, as well as passive programming for library services and collections. I’m a member of the 2023/2024 Diverse BookFinder cohort and am currently researching female representation in horror graphic novels for middle grades and teen audiences.
