You have several options when returning materials to the library
Service & Information Desk
If the library is open, you can return materials to the Service & Information Desk. There is a book drop cart in front of the desk, and a drop slot located to the side of the desk where you can return items.
Book Drops
There are two book drops available for returning library materials.
- University Library: The left of the front entrance to the library
- Eskenazi Herron School of Art and Design: In front of the building (735 W. New York St.)

Other IU Libraries
You can also return materials to any other IU library, if there is no other way to get it to the University Library.
